Seeking Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Frustrated Beer Enthusiast’s Quest
As a resident of Manitoba, I often find myself exploring the diverse world of imported beers available at Liquor Mart. While it’s true that they offer a commendable selection, including brands like Paulaner and several other fine German brews, there are still gaps in their offerings that leave me feeling disappointed.
One such gap is the absence of Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen—two exceptional wheat beers that I’ve come to adore. Unfortunately, due to the restrictive online ordering regulations in Canada, I’m unable to source them from vendors in Ontario or Alberta, where these beverages are readily available.
This raises the question: Are there any clever solutions? I’m reaching out to fellow Manitobans for suggestions. Do you think it’s worth contacting Liquor Mart to express interest in these specific beers? Your insights and recommendations would be incredibly valuable as I navigate this frustrating situation. Let’s band together to see if we can make these delicious brews accessible in our province! Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!
