Finding Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba
For beer enthusiasts in Manitoba, the quest for premium imports can sometimes be frustrating. While Liquor Mart does offer a respectable selection of foreign beers—like Paulaner and several other German varieties—there seems to be a glaring omission: the beloved Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen.
This situation has become a source of irritation for those of us who appreciate these unique brews. Unfortunately, due to restrictive Canadian online ordering laws, options are limited. I’m unable to purchase these brands from reliable sources in Ontario or Alberta, where they are readily available in beer vendors.
If you happen to reside in Manitoba and share my passion for Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen, I’m reaching out for assistance. Is there a possibility that Liquor Mart might consider adding these delightful beers to their inventory?
I welcome any insights or alternative solutions from fellow Manitobans. Let’s unite in our love for quality beer and find a way to bring these exceptional Hefeweizens to our local shelves! Your thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
