The Quest for Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Call for Help
As a passionate beer enthusiast, I find my heart heavy with disappointment when it comes to sourcing certain beloved brews in Manitoba. While the local Liquor Mart does offer a commendable selection of imported beers, including popular choices like Paulaner from Germany, there remains a glaring absence that continues to baffle me: Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen.
The frustration intensifies with the complexities of Canadian online ordering regulations. Despite both Ontario and Alberta providing these delightful wheat beers in their respective stores, I am left with limited options to obtain them here at home.
So, I reach out to you, fellow Manitobans—do you have any creative solutions or suggestions? Is there a chance that Liquor Mart could be persuaded to stock these favorite gems? Any assistance in navigating this beer conundrum would be greatly appreciated. Let’s come together to find a way to bring these outstanding Hefeweizens to our shelves!
