As I envision my future as a head brewer, I’ve found myself pondering a rather unusual dilemma—my inability to grow a beard! In the world of craft brewing, it often seems that a beard is as essential as the hops and barley. I can’t be the only one who notices this trend, right?
While many people picture brewers with their signature facial hair, it raises the question: do beards truly define expertise in brewing? Surely, the art and science of crafting exceptional beer should take precedence over one’s appearance.
