Exploring a New Experience: My First Encounter with a Large Bottle of Monkey 47
For years, my go-to liquor store has primarily stocked the miniature bottles of Monkey 47. As a dedicated enthusiast, I’ve sampled many of these small-sized spirits, yet never had the opportunity—or perhaps the confidence—to purchase a full-sized bottle. That changed recently when I noticed they finally carried a large bottle of Monkey 47, a renowned gin with a reputation that precedes it.
Having heard a variety of opinions—some rave about its complexity and others less convinced—I was intrigued to see it firsthand. Deciding to broaden my horizons and elevate my home bar, I took the plunge and purchased the sizeable bottle.
I look forward to savoring this premium spirit and sharing my impressions in a detailed review soon. Stay tuned as I explore the nuances of Monkey 47 and discover whether it lives up to its reputation in my own tasting experience.
