This year, I had the privilege of serving as a judge at the prestigious World Beer Cup, which gave me the perfect opportunity to explore the vibrant craft beer scene in Denver and Louisville, Colorado. In between sampling some of the finest brews, I made it my mission to visit as many local breweries as possible.
