Seeking Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Local Dilemma
As a beer enthusiast residing in Manitoba, I’ve encountered a frustrating challenge in my journey to find my two favorite German brews: Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen. While the local Liquor Mart does stock a commendable selection of imported beers, including recognizable names like Paulaner, it falls short on these particular brands.
To add to the frustration, Canadian online ordering regulations hinder my ability to purchase these beloved Hefeweizens from neighboring provinces, such as Ontario or Alberta, where they are readily available. This has left me grappling with the question: what are my options?
I am reaching out to fellow Manitobans for their expertise and support. Have you found alternative sources for these beers, or do you think Liquor Mart would consider expanding their inventory to include them? Any insights or suggestions you could share would be immensely appreciated!
Let’s band together and see if we can make our voices heard, ensuring that our local liquor stores accommodate our cravings for these exceptional brews. Cheers!
