Seeking Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Call for Help
As a beer enthusiast, I find myself in a bit of a predicament that’s worth discussing. While Liquor Mart in Manitoba does offer a commendable selection of imported beers, including renowned brands like Paulaner from Germany, there’s a glaring absence that’s been bothering me: the Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen.
It’s quite frustrating, especially considering how effortlessly these varieties can be found in provinces like Ontario and Alberta, where they are readily available at local beer vendors. Unfortunately, due to restrictive Canadian online ordering regulations, I’m unable to have them shipped directly here.
This brings me to my query – are there any fellow Manitobans who have faced similar challenges? Has anyone successfully navigated this issue or rallied Liquor Mart to consider expanding their offerings to include these beloved wheat beers? Your insights or suggestions would be immensely appreciated. Let’s join forces to bring these delightful brews to Manitoba!
