Discovering Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba
As a beer enthusiast living in Manitoba, I’m finding it quite frustrating that while Liquor Mart offers a respectable selection of imported beers—such as Pilsner and various German brews—I still can’t seem to get my hands on Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen.
These two exceptional beers are readily available in provinces like Ontario and Alberta, but due to restrictive online ordering regulations in Canada, shipping them to Manitoba isn’t an option. This limitation has led me to wonder if there might be any alternative solutions.
I’m reaching out to fellow Manitobans: have you discovered any local retailers that might stock these delightful Hefeweizens? Alternatively, do you think there’s a chance that Liquor Mart could be persuaded to expand their roster to include these specific brews? Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I attempt to find a way to enjoy these classic German beers right here in Manitoba. Cheers!
