Searching for Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Frustrating Quest
As a beer enthusiast in Manitoba, I often find myself frustrated by the limited selections available at local liquor stores. While Liquor Mart does offer a commendable variety of imported beers, including popular brands like Paulaner, two of my favorites—Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen—are notably absent from their shelves.
To add to the frustration, Canadian online ordering regulations complicate matters even further. I’ve learned that, while provinces such as Ontario and Alberta do stock these delightful brews, I’m unable to purchase them online due to restrictions in my home province.
I’m reaching out to the Manitoba beer community for advice. Does anyone have suggestions for sourcing these specific brands? Perhaps we could persuade Liquor Mart to consider adding Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen to their inventory. Your insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this ongoing search!
