Seeking Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Call for Help
As a beer enthusiast living in Manitoba, it’s been quite frustrating to discover that two of my favorite brews, Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen, are not available in my province. While I appreciate the variety of import beers that Liquor Mart offers—like Paulaner and others from Germany—these particular gems remain elusive.
The restrictions on online alcohol ordering in Canada pose another hurdle, preventing me from accessing these beloved beers from neighboring provinces such as Ontario and Alberta, where they are available through local vendors.
To my fellow Manitobans, I’m reaching out for suggestions. Has anyone found a way to acquire these Hefeweizens locally? Alternatively, do you think there’s a possibility that Liquor Mart could consider adding them to their inventory? Your insights and advice would be greatly welcomed. Let’s work together to find a solution and bring these delightful beers to our region!
