Seeking Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen: A Manitoba Dilemma
As a passionate beer enthusiast residing in Manitoba, I often find myself grappling with the frustration of limited access to select imported brews, particularly the renowned Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen. While Liquor Mart does a commendable job of stocking a variety of international beers, including notable names like Paulaner from Germany, these particular favorites seem to be tragically absent from their shelves.
Adding to the frustration are the restrictive online ordering regulations imposed in Canada, which prevent me from easily acquiring these sought-after beverages from provinces like Ontario and Alberta, where they are readily available. The inability to enjoy these fine Hefeweizens leaves me searching for alternatives.
To my fellow Manitobans: Have any of you faced a similar predicament? Is there a chance we could persuade Liquor Mart to consider adding Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen to their inventory? Any suggestions or creative solutions would be greatly appreciated. Let’s come together as a community and see if we can make this happen!
