Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba (Or Online)

Seeking Weihenstephaner & Schofferhofer Hefeweizen in Manitoba: A Call to Fellow Beer Enthusiasts

As a passionate beer enthusiast, I’ve found myself in a bit of a conundrum here in Manitoba. While our local Liquor Mart does a commendable job of offering a variety of imported beers—including well-known brands like Paulaner from Germany—there’s a notable absence that leaves me quite frustrated: Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen.

Despite the robust selection available, these two delightful Hefeweizens are notably missing from the shelves. To compound the issue, Canada’s restrictive online ordering regulations make it nearly impossible to source these beers from neighboring provinces like Ontario or Alberta, where they are readily available.

So, I turn to you, my fellow Manitobans. Have any of you experienced similar frustrations or perhaps found ways around this limitation? Would it be worthwhile to reach out to Liquor Mart and inquire about the possibility of adding these options to their inventory? Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I continue my search for these beloved brews. Cheers!
