Searching for Peanut Butter Porters in Tennessee and Surrounding Areas
Are you a fan of rich, flavorful peanut butter porters? If you happen to be in Tennessee, Northern Georgia, or Northern Alabama, you might be on the lookout for this unique brew.
Recently, I had the delightful experience of tasting the Peanut Butter Porter from Back Forty Beer Company at Jack Brown’s in Chattanooga, and ever since, I’ve been on a quest to find more of this delicious beer. Its nutty flavor combined with the dark complexities of a porter is simply irresistible.
Unfortunately, my attempts to locate this specific brew have not been successful. A quick online search yielded little information, and it seems that Back Forty no longer offers this porter on their website.
While I appreciate the rich flavors found in milk stouts—like the peanut butter milk stout from Left Hand Brewery—I find them to be a touch too chocolatey for my palate. My heart is set on a classic peanut butter porter that captures that distinct nutty essence.
If anyone has recommendations on where I might be able to purchase peanut butter porters in Tennessee or nearby regions, whether in stores or breweries, I’d love to hear from you. I’m open to a bit of a road trip and am happy to buy in bulk if it means satisfying my craving. Let’s connect and share our love for this unique style of beer!
