Exciting Developments in Our Sour Program at New Belgium Brewing
At New Belgium Brewing, we are thrilled to announce an exciting expansion to our sour beer program! We are currently in the midst of integrating 32 new foeders, and we wanted to take a moment to share this journey with our dedicated fans and fellow beer enthusiasts.
Foeders are large oak barrels that play a crucial role in the development of our sour ales, allowing for complex flavor profiles and unique characteristics that can only be achieved through the fermentation process. As we incorporate these additional foeders, we anticipate a remarkable enhancement in our sour offerings, bringing new dimensions to our beloved brews.
Stay tuned for updates as we continue this exciting venture and look forward to crafting even more exceptional sour beers for your enjoyment. Thank you for being a part of our brewing community! Cheers!
