I’ve been writing about wine for 25 years. Ask me anything.

25 Years in the World of Wine: Your Questions Answered!

For the past quarter-century, I have immersed myself in the fascinating realm of wine, and I’m inviting you to engage with me in a discussion!

Allow me to introduce myself: I’m Lettie Teague, a seasoned author of the wine column at The Wall Street Journal. Throughout my career, I’ve explored an extensive array of topics within the wine industry, from renowned wine-producing regions across the globe to the most exceptional winemakers and grape varieties. My journeys have taken me from Argentina to the picturesque vineyards of Abruzzo and even the scenic slopes of Washington State.

Prior to my tenure at The Wall Street Journal, which began in 2010, I held the title of executive wine editor and columnist for Food & Wine magazine. My passion for wine has also led me to author two books on the subject, and I am proud to have received three James Beard Awards in recognition of my contributions as a wine columnist.

Now, I am opening the floor to you! What questions do you have about wine? Whether you want to know more about specific regions, varietals, or the latest trends, I am here to share my expertise and insights.

Thank you all for your engaging questions! I appreciate your interest and enthusiasm!

For those who are interested in more in-depth articles, I’m pleased to share that all links to my WSJ wine stories included here will be accessible without a paywall.

Feel free to leave your questions in the comments below, and let’s embark on this wine journey together!
